AROMATHERAPHY OILS VS THERAPEUTIC OILS
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE
There is no difference - Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils for therapeutic benefit; therapeutic benefits can be sensory, medicinal, and / or to help solve a specific need/ problem. The plant oils are known as Essential Oils and can be Pure or a Blend of Pure Essential Oils. Alternatively, there are oils labelled as Aromatherapy which are made from high smelling adulterated fragrant oils with synthetic fragrances. It is recommended to avoid these since the molecular structure of the essential oil has been altered.
Therapeutic Grade A Essential Oils are plant oils, sourced from their own habitat with no contamination from polluted soil or pesticides. No fillers or artificial ingredients are added. Grade A are Pure Certified Organic Certified Fair Trade & these are ideal. All countries of the world produce essential oils so Aromatherapy is Global . Essential oils have unique characteristics and can be used singularly or combined to meet a specific purpose.

ALLERGIC REACTIONS – some common oils include oregano, cinnamon bark, jasmine, lemongrass, Ylang Ylang, chamomile and bergamot. There are others so it is recommended to test an area on the inside of your arm and wait 48 hours before using the essential oil if you feel you may be allergic.
