How to use
Roll a small amount onto the wrists, base of the neck or behind the ears, keeping away from the face and eyes. Choose application areas protected from sunlight and UV exposure.
Safety and care
- For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid the face, eyes and sensitive areas.
- Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- The current formula contains phototoxic lemon oil. Avoid sunlight and UV exposure on application areas for at least 12 hours after use.
- Do not apply to the face of infants or young children.
- Patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
- Store upright in a cool, dark place.

What is the cost for Shipping?

- Flat shipping rate within Canada is $15.00 and $25.00 for USA orders less than $150.00.
Where do you ship?
We ship to Canada and the USA at this time via Canada Post and United States Postal Service. We do not ship to Post Office boxes. It is critical that you supply the correct shipping information to prevent costly errors and delays.
How long does it take for delivery?
It will depend on the destination point since rural addresses take longer compared to urban points. You will be given a tracking number to check your shipment status. A typical delivery within Canada is 2-5 days; however, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. For US orders there may be a slight delay with border crossing.
Damages
Chez Sylvie Naturals is not liable for any damages during the shipping process. We will wrap your order with Special Care to prevent any potential damages from occurring. If you receive a damaged package, take photographs and contact the shipping company to file a claim.
How do I cancel my order?
If the product has shipped, you will need to return the product for a refund - unopened in its original carton. The shipping cost to return the item will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. The original shipping fees will not be refunded and an Administrative Fee of $15.00 + taxes will be levied.
