What is the cost for Shipping?
- Free shipping for Canadian & USA orders over $150.00 (before taxes / discounts).
- ** US shipments may incur customs fees depending on the dollar order total or the items shipped. Any custom fees and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Flat shipping rate within Canada is $15.00 and $25.00 for USA orders less than $150.00.
Where do you ship?
We ship to Canada and the USA at this time via Canada Post and United States Postal Service. We do not ship to Post Office boxes. It is critical that you supply the correct shipping information to prevent costly errors and delays.
How long does it take for delivery?
It will depend on the destination point since rural addresses take longer compared to urban points. You will be given a tracking number to check your shipment status. A typical delivery within Canada is 2-5 days; however, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. For US orders there may be a slight delay with border crossing.
Damages
Chez Sylvie Naturals is not liable for any damages during the shipping process. We will wrap your order with Special Care to prevent any potential damages from occurring. If you receive a damaged package, take photographs and contact the shipping company to file a claim.
How do I cancel my order?
If the product has shipped, you will need to return the product for a refund - unopened in its original carton. The shipping cost to return the item will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. The original shipping fees will not be refunded and an Administrative Fee of $15.00 + taxes will be levied.
