Our French Green clay is quarry-mined from naturally occurring deposits in France and is RAW untreated, with a beautiful light green color and soft texture.
Known to be the most effective clay for drawing out impurities and toxins, it is found in nearly every clay-based cosmetic product around the world. There are two important reasons for the natural colour - iron oxide and decomposed plant matter. French Green clay is ideal for treating facial blemishes if applied weekly as part of a regular skincare routine. Found in many Natural Spas, it works to remove dead skin cells and promote circulation in the new cells below the epidermis. Another sign of healthy, active French Green clay is a tight, tingly skin sensation.
HOW TO USE You can mix a teaspoon or a tablespoon of clay with filtered water to make a thin paste - apply to clean skin – avoid eye and mouth area. Add to forehead, neck & decollete - relax 4-8 minutes and gently wash off with lukewarm water. DO NOT KEEP ON BEYOND 8/10 minutes – it will continue to pull moisture from skin. Storage
Store in a cool, dark, and dry place in original package or an airtight container. Avoid air from entering package to extend the life of your French green clay.
Hair Treatment
Mix 1 teaspoon or tablespoon clay with filtered water to form a paste – apply paste to scalp and massage in for a few seconds. Rinse off after 8/10 minutes & follow with Rainforest Miracle Pracaxi Oil for optimum results.
Please note that this clay is pure so keep the bag sealed to prevent air from entering the clay. This will extend the life of your clay for a long period of time. Keep in a cool, dry cupboard; avoid moisture and sunlight.
French Green clay is known to cleanse and remove impurities from the skin. It removes dirt, excess oil, dead skin cells & toxins from the deep layers of your skin revitalizing, rejuvenating and restoring your SKIN GLOW. It tightens and tones the pores. It is recommended for all skin types - benefits oily skin and acne prone skin too.

Directions : Mix equal parts of clay to water or floral water to make a soft paste. Apply to clean skin - avoid the eyes and lip area. We recommend that you apply a French Green clay treatment once or twice a week as a face mask. It gives other body areas the same rejuvenated GLOW.
Keep the clay mask on your skin for 5 to 8 minutes, do not allow it to completely dry since clay continues to pull moisture out of the skin; rinse all clay off using a circular motion with warm water.

Where do you ship?
We ship to Canada and the USA at this time via Canada Post and United States Postal Service. We do not ship to Post Office boxes. It is critical that you supply the correct shipping information to prevent costly errors and delays.
How long does it take for delivery?
It will depend on the destination point since rural addresses take longer compared to urban points. You will be given a tracking number to check your shipment status. A typical delivery within Canada is 2-5 days; however, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. For US orders there may be a slight delay with border crossing.
Damages
Chez Sylvie Naturals is not liable for any damages during the shipping process. We will wrap your order with Special Care to prevent any potential damages from occurring. If you receive a damaged package, take photographs and contact the shipping company to file a claim.
How do I cancel my order?
If the product has shipped, you will need to return the product for a refund - unopened in its original carton. The shipping cost to return the item will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. The original shipping fees will not be refunded and an Administrative Fee of $15.00 + taxes will be levied.
