Alternatively, there are oils labelled as Essential Oils but they are made from adulterated oils blended with synthetic fragrances. These should be avoided since the molecular structure of the essential oil has been altered and the essence of the oil is lost.
Allergic Reactions - some common oils include oregano, cinnamon bark, jasmine, lemongrass, Ylang Ylang, chamomile and bergamot. There are others so it is recommended to test an area on the inside of your arm and wait 48 hours before using the essential oil if you feel you may be allergic.
