Clary Sage, not common Sage
Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea) and common herbal Sage (Salvia officinalis) are different plants. Clary sage has a soft, sweet, herbal-floral aroma that is traditionally loved in aromatherapy for women's self-care rituals. Common sage is sharp & camphorous (it contains "turgeon" - a known neurotoxin and skin sensitizer in high concentrations). We chose true Clary Sage for our mist on purpose - it provides natural stress relief, hormone balancing support & anti-bacterial properties.

Can I put this mist in a diffuser, and how long should diffuser sessions last?
This is a face and body mist; use it as directed above rather than adding it to a diffuser. For a separate essential-oil product intended for diffusion, Tisserand Institute recommends intermittent sessions of 30–60 minutes on, followed by 30–60 minutes off, with fresh-air exchange. What about ventilation, asthma or sensitive airways?
Use sparingly in a space with fresh-air exchange and avoid deliberately inhaling the spray. Essential-oil scents can irritate airways and trigger symptoms in some people. If you have asthma, COPD or another respiratory condition, consult your healthcare professional before use; if fragrance triggers your symptoms, avoid this scented mist. Can I use it on or around pets?
This is not a pet-care product. Do not spray it on pets, their bedding, toys, food or water; keep the bottle out of reach and avoid spraying near animals. Do not assume that a botanical scent is pet-safe. Ask your veterinarian about use in your household, especially if a pet has breathing problems. For separate essential-oil diffusers, ASPCA advises avoiding them around pets with respiratory problems and avoiding their use in homes with birds. What is the cost for Shipping?
- Free shipping for Canadian & USA orders over $150.00 (before taxes / discounts).

- Flat shipping rate within Canada is $15.00 and $25.00 for USA orders less than $150.00.
Where do you ship?
We ship to Canada and the USA at this time via Canada Post and United States Postal Service. We do not ship to Post Office boxes. It is critical that you supply the correct shipping information to prevent costly errors and delays.
How long does it take for delivery?
It will depend on the destination point since rural addresses take longer compared to urban points. You will be given a tracking number to check your shipment status. A typical delivery within Canada is 2-5 days; however, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. For US orders there may be a slight delay with border crossing.
Damages
Chez Sylvie Naturals is not liable for any damages during the shipping process. We will wrap your order with Special Care to prevent any potential damages from occurring. If you receive a damaged package, take photographs and contact the shipping company to file a claim.
How do I cancel my order?
If the product has shipped, you will need to return the product for a refund - unopened in its original carton. The shipping cost to return the item will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. The original shipping fees will not be refunded and an Administrative Fee of $15.00 + taxes will be levied.
