In the product groups: facial creams, cleansers, and scrubs beauty consumers have gone back to basics - leaving the extra layers such as eye treatments or facial masks aside, minimizing the products they use. And as consumers become more conscious and place more emphasis on sustainability, “skinimalism” has become increasingly relevant. It is now a trend that features minimalist skincare and makeup routine followed with a back-to-basics approach. Buying habits changed to fewer products, and the products that are chosen are more purposeful. Therefore, many beauty brands have chosen to focus their messaging on naturalness and the active ingredients in their products.

Our packaging is minimalist in design – there are no exterior fancy boxes which unfortunately contribute negatively to our beautiful Planet. Februarius Purity | Beauty is packaged in Airless Jars, Cobalt Blue Jars, Black Jars and PET containers. All jars are reusable and recyclable. The airless containers prevent oxidation so your skincare remains fresh for a long period of time. When you press the pump to release a drop of creme / serum there is no air flow back into the container. One gentle pump is all that is required to release a drop of luxurious creme.
I chose Cobalt blue glass because it protects the contents from UV rays and is a popular Unisex colour. The Cobalt Blue PET containers were selected to prevent glass breakage and to keep the shipping weight + charges to a minimum. The majority of the Aromatherapy oils are packaged in black glass. It protects the contents from UV rays and is a popular Unisex colour. My roll on jars are beautiful glass that were selected to compliment a sensory experience with Beauty Oils. All jars are recyclable and reusable (for DIY projects) if cleaned thoroughly; hand washing with soap detergent & a skinny brush is recommended. NOTE: it is not recommended to place the airless container in a dish washer!
